Pronouns: He/They
Andi is passionate about what they do, and always has your best interest in mind. They have gone from being a desk jockey doing corporate taxes to following their dreams and becoming a fitness instructor. Andi started their fitness journey as a kid playing soccer, to running track and cross country, and then on to rock climbing, olympic weightlifting and group fitness as an adult.
Andi is excited to share their knowledge and passion for fitness and movement. A huge goal for them is to teach folks how to get their bodies moving better to promote injury mitigation, strength, and confidence. Andi takes great pride in and is always energized as folks become better moving versions of themselves.
Andi works with various ages and populations. They assist in warm ups and strength training for a youth climbing team that varies in ages from 8-18. They also work with new athletes getting up and moving for the first time, those coming back from injury, and those working through injuries. Andi has been given the opportunity to help climbers increase their strength and become better at their sport, help folks that are bothered by ankle pain from hiking and running, and even helped a 22-year-old touch his toes for the first time.
